WAN is a group of the LAN and it is not restricted to the geographical location.

WAN is a group of the LAN and it is not restricted to the geographical location.
MAN is a larger network which is spanned in several building in the same town.

Network can help you to share the files and printers to everyone. It can also help you to research latest information.
