How to solve the garble message?

The recipient wrote the email to me, and asked me why it is garbled. While I checked out the settings of email provider, I found out the text encoding did not set correctly. I have changed it to UTF-8. The UTF-8 is an encoding standard which can display Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Most of web designer and developer are using this standard as they write or design the website.

Here is a solution:

1. Go to the webmail. (I am using the hosting, so I have to go to the domain provider)
2. Find out the setting which is called "Text Encoding"
3. Change it to UTF-8.
4. Enjoy writing email.
